Description
For this pattern I used Go Handmade Boheme Velvet Double Yarn in Cameo Rose, Warm Red and Peridot Green.
For the purpose of this pattern, chain stitches do not count as stitches.
This pattern uses a combination of tapestry and intarsia crochet for the colour work. You can use solely one or the other if you prefer. I recommend carrying the body colour (pink) through the stitches via the tapestry method but working the strawberries (red & green) via the intarsia method.
For the tapestry method, remember to check the work at the end of each row for any bunching or puckering and pull the carried yarn to stretch it out.
For the intarsia method, create 3 bobbins for red and 3 for green, switch these around as the colours are worked to prevent tangling.
