Create your own stress ball - resilient, colourful, one of a kind!

Using a balloon filled with rice in the centre and a bit of stuffing, it is the perfect homemade hacky sack as well. Kick it around or give it to your child to squeeze when theyre fidgety.

I used a multi coloured yarn but feel free to change colours along the way.
