This is an adjustable pattern! It's technically more of a guidance than an exact pattern since you will be working off of measurements and can change to make it longer, shorter, wider etc. this pattern is no sew, meaning it'll be "sewn" together with single crochet stitches :)

You need to know double crochet and triple crochet!
