Description
The Emilia Tote is knit top-down in the round, using the techniques cast on, knit, purl, back loop cast on, bind off, and kitchener stitch. This is an advanced beginner level pattern; links are included for kitchener stitch and the back loop cast on; this pattern is great for learning these techniques!

It measures 14.5" wide by 16" long when finished, and is perfect for taking to the beach or farmer's market or library!

This pattern is ok for beginner knitters. You should know how to knit in the round, cast on and bind off. This is a great pattern for learning the back loop cast on and kitchener stitch; be sure to find some YouTube tutorials to help you out! This tote is knit with a polyester/cotton blend. You can swap any weight 5 yarn for the Bernat Maker Home Dec brand, but I recommend cotton/a cotton blend. Double-stranding a weight 4 cotton is also great!
