Description
The cardigan is worked in separate panels from the bottom up. The pattern has a simple stitch. Every single crochet is worked in the single crochet from the row below and you will always ch 1 and Sk 1 over the Ch from the row below!
This pattern is worked from the bottom up in separate panels and then sewn together.
You will use the 5mm hook for the ribbing and the 7mm hook for the main body of each panel.
Each Sc will be worked into the Sc from the row below. Each Ch 1 will be above Ch 1 from the row below.
You can easily make the cardigan longer by adding more rows in multiples of 2 before tying it off. Please consider that you will need more yarn than what is listed.
The Ch 1 at the beginning of the row does not count as a St.
The Ch 1 within the stitch repeat counts as a St reflected in the St count.
The numbers in parentheses at the end of a row are the stitch counts for each size.
