The Seafarer Baby Blanket

This is a pattern for a beautifully textured, modern, and unique baby blanket. The stitches used give this piece a light and distinctive feel that is soft and squishy and perfect for little hands. This would be a great gift for a newborn baby or toddler, baby shower, or even to keep for yourself!

Pattern is written in standard American terms and includes an abbreviation key and a material list. This is an intermediate crochet pattern. A knowledge of basic crochet skills and terms is a plus.

Hook: G/6 (4 mm)
Gauge: 4" = 14 sts x 9.5 rows in stitch pattern
Size: 33" x 33 (pattern can be adjusted to make a larger or smaller piece)

Pattern calls for Bernat Softee Cotton yarn but any Light-3 weight yarn can be used.
