Materials

Yarns

You can use any weight and any size yarn for this pattern! The amount of yarn you need will depend on what size scrunchie you make, as well as the weight of the yarn you're using and what gauge you are working with.

Needles

You will need 2 sets of 16" circular needles. The size of the first set of needles will depend on what yarn you're using. I recommend using a needle size that creates a nice fabric with the yarn you've chosen to work with.

The size of the second set of needles will be ideally one size smaller than the first set, but you can size down more if you don't have one size smaller on hand. (This second set will only be used when seaming the scrunchie at the end.)

*You can also use 2 sets of 36"+ circular needles to use with magic loop. However, guidance is not provided for how to do this.
