this cardigan was designed to use up and recycle any left over scrap yarns you might have. alternatively, you can try using new yarns too. any type of dk yarn is suitable. you’ll need around 600 - 900g in total, over a variety of colours. (weights will vary depending on what blend of yarn you’re using.)
