Description
Hey everyone and welcome to The Cropped Granny Sweater! This garment is tight fitting around the bust area with around 2cm negative ease. Its a cropped length so its perfect to team with high waisted trousers or skirts, but you can add extra length if desired. The pattern is made to measure so you can use any ply of yarn and hook. I have based the yarn yardage with dk cotton/acrylic as that is what I used for both of my sweaters. I look forward to seeing everyone's version of The Cropped Granny Sweater.
Notes
Ch3 counts as a stitch.
Ch1 does not count as a st.
Turn your work after every row on the granny squares. This will keep them straight and prevent them from going wonky.
Weave in ends as you go! Then you barely notice them.
Tip - Leave your first centre tail and then weave all of your ends on that side only. This will then become the wrong side of your work.
