Dragonflies are mystical creatures, my favorite fable story as a child is that if you follow a dragonfly they will lead you to where the fairies live! My magical little squares, where will it lead you?
Baby and Lap Blankets, Coasters, Scarves, Shrugs, Tops, and more! Most recently a popular choice for the free style square in the Natures Walk blanket. Use this square every where! Wall hangings and Trivets. Jenny did in her stained glass window version made out of scrap yarn. All photos used with permission from Instagram.
Examples shown is 8x8" square using 24/7cotton yarn by Lion Brand Yarn. Size 7/4.5mm hook used. As 2nd and 3rd photos show any yarn/ any hook size may be used.
Dragonflies are magical indeed, having the ability to hover in just one spot and dart around from here to there.
This square is universal in that it can be used as a coaster, shrug, pillows, blanket squares, scarves the list is endless!
