Description
I watched My Neighbor Totoro for the first time as an adult and now I am in total love! I wanted to make something a little bit odd from all the amigurumi I have seen, so here's an activity cube! Need something to keep the small hands busy? Or just a cute toy? Maybe a friendly neighbour? Maybe you also adore Studio Ghibli! Then this is for you!
This is a cube with arms for holding stuff. You can add bells and/or squeakers to the tail or feet. This pattern also comes with a leaf for the head, a soot sprite and a tiny chibi Totoro. You can add strings or sew it into places if you want it to stay together, when little fingers comes and play with it.
This pattern takes some time to complete - it is not a difficult pattern to follow, but there multible pieces and embroidery that needs to be done - that is why this pattern is intermediate level as difficulty.
Worked with Rainbow Cotton, which is a super fine yarn weight.
