This basic beanie was my "car knitting" project for about a year, so it has been on many travels with us. It was knitted for my handsome husband to wear on his trip across the globe to a much colder climate than our West Australian home. It has a nice wide brim so it can be folded up to enable the crown to be a snug fit to his head. Or it can be pulled down to cover his ears, offering a slouchier fit at the crown. He can even double fold the brim for the trending fisherman beanie look.
