Say hi to Twisty Baby Turtle!

This is a no-sew baby turtle with a twist! Did you know that there's an "adult" pattern as well? It's called "Twisty Turtle" and you can get this pattern together with that one as a bundle for a reduced price!

All the parts we are making in this pattern are crocheted in, and you can play around with different color combination to get a turtle you will love to own!

This pattern was designed using aran and dk-weight yarn. You can choose to use a different weight yarn and hook size, but it might alter the final size and feel of the turtle.

I recommend using three colors with this pattern, and a smaller hook than you normally use since the shell is made with double crochets. Even though the stitches are in dc, they fit snug against each other so no stuffing shines through, as long as you use a hook 1-2 sizes smaller than what is recommended on the yarn label.

You can choose to make the baby turtle with a decorative frill or without.
