Variegated String of Hearts Plant
a Porsha’s World of Unique & Unusual design
This pattern will guide you through creating your very own faux Variegated String of Hearts Plant.
We will Create:
3 leaf vines
5 leaf vines
7 leaf vines
11 leaf vines
faux pot
dirt layer
I usually do 2 of the 3 leaf vines as a filler on top and 4 of each of the other vines. This is completely optional. You can make as many or as little as you wish.
start with 1 vine of each and continue until you are as full as you prefer!
I also starch and iron my leaves so they lay flat.
You will adjust your hook size per your yarn choice. Use these recommendations as a guide for matching hook size to yarn
2.0mm for thread
2.5mm for fine-Dk
And if you choose to do worsted for the entire pattern
4.0mm
