This might be my Scottish side showing but I'm kinda obsessed with highland cows!
Now I know I say that about a lot of stuff but my partner and I are actually hoping to get 2 when we buy a house with a big plot of land But as of right now all we can fit in the house is a bajillion of these mini coos

This pattern includes detailed instructions on how to make the highland cow in the listing photo. It includes a list of materials needed, a list of terminology used, and it also includes details for eye placement and assembly along with several photos to help!

I use 'Honey Bunny' or 'Baby Snuggle' super chunky yarn from Hobbii (with a 5mm hook) for this amigurumi pattern however you can use any kind of yarn you would like. Please note that if you change the yarn it may change the size of the finished product.

Fun tip - If you use 2 strands of yarn or a thicker yarn then your project will come out even bigger!
