Hi my name is Kim and I'm the brain behind Kraftykat Crochet. I'm 69 and a retired nurse. I have 3 great kids and 1 grandchild. My grandmother taught me to crochet when I was 8. I even made my own crochet hooks from the branches of the willow tree in my great grandmother's back yard (money was tight when I was growing up so I improvised). I've made many doilies, tablecloths, afghans, and clothing items. I also make beaded ornaments, I dabble in painting, and I'm aIso an advanced beginner at knitting. I've sold a few of the things I've made, but usually give as gifts or donate to charity. It wasn't until recently that I started doing Amigarumi. I've tested many great patterns from designers here on Ribblr and I figured it was time for me to start designing too. I hope you enjoy my creations. Thanks for stopping by my shop.
