Ribblr for makers
If you're here to create, this is the stuff I reach for: free patterns! There's a ton of them on Ribblr and they are all interactive ePatterns which means you can track progress, open a stitch counter, view yoru size only, watch video tutorials and more! You can even add journal notes to your projects.
Ribblr for designers
If you design patterns, Ribbuild lets you build and publish as an interactive ePattern - with photos, videos, audio, charts, social video links, and optional PDFs. Then it lives in your shop and promoted across the platform. What's really cool is that your patterns are completely protected against piracy on Ribblr due to the ePattern format. You can even use the safe testing tools to test your new designs. For more designer-specific details, check out Ribblr for designers.
Why Ribblr is different
The big difference for me and probabyl for you too is that Ribblr isn't just a static pattern library. All patterns are completely inteactive, regardless of who published them. This makes it so easy to craft with much less frogging (which is taking your work apart). And because you can track your progress, when you come back later, you're not doing detective work to find out where you left off. But there's so much more to Ribblr. Like the wonderful community. The testing zone. The events and giveaways. Badges and collectibles. And the list goes on...
