Description
I've made Sidney the Seagull using a jumbo #7 weight plush yarn. This is ideal for a big soft and huggable toy and is a pretty quick make.

The pattern is clear to follow with detailed instructions and lots of pictures for step by step making and assembly. The pattern also includes an adjustment for making your seagull using a non-plush yarn and picture instructions for colour change and back loop only.

I've made Sidney using jumbo weight plush yarn and a 9mm (M/N) crochet hook. He sits just under 14 inches tall in jumbo yarn - 9 inches tall in super chunky and 7 inches in Aran.

The following stitches/techniques are used in this pattern: magic ring or chain 2 to start, slip stitch, single crochet, half double crochet, double crochet, increase, decrease (sc2tog), colour change, back loop only

(This pattern is for personal use only, not to be resold or rewritten in any way. I am happy for you to sell the finished toy, but please credit the design to me.)
