Description
Hello! This pattern is for a quick and easy sunflower bag perfect for matching with the Here Comes the Sun(flower) Top. It is made with granny square techniques, and perfect as a scrap yarn project! The bag comes with a versatile strap that can be adjusted to wear the bag in many different ways. The example is a 7 inches x 7 inches square bag, but the pattern explains how to customize the size of the bag if you want to make a smaller handbag or a big tote.
This pattern uses simple sunburst granny square techniques, like 3dc clusters, puff stitches, and working in the round, so this is perfect for a beginner-level crocheter.
I used browns and yellows for the sunburst in order to create a sunflower motif, but you can use any number of colors that you like (although, I recommend using at least 2 colors for the granny square design to show).
I really hope you have fun crafting this bag, and that you enjoy the pattern! If you post your projects based on the pattern on Instagram, feel free to tag me (@rollingyarncrochet), I'd love to see what people make! :)
**Please note that this pattern is meant for personal use only and is the property of Rolling Yarn. Please do not share, rename, distribute or resell the pattern. If you'd like to make a video (on Youtube, Tiktok, etc.) showing your progress, that is allowed, provided no detailed steps are shown in the video.
