Description
The instructions for this border design are versatile, allowing you to complete a blanket of your choice using squares with 39 stitches on each side. This pattern includes the 12 legacy squares and Justyce Destany Border. The border and individual square patterns are found in my shops along with my other designs.
As we age, we often contemplate the legacy we will leave to our loved ones. Will it be material possessions, cherished memories, cultural traditions, or perhaps a creation that expresses our unwavering love for them?
I began my design journey five years ago when I decided to create a legacy for my grandchildren by designing and naming a square after each of them.
The project has culminated in the design of a border named after one of our latest grandchildren, Justyce Destany for The Legacy Blanket. All twelve legacy squares, Marley Mae, Madux James, Macey Ann, Lauren Rose, Landyn Tahj, Kinnedy Nichelle, Jalen Stanley, Jalen Miles, Carter Jude, Brixton Carter-Lee, Olivia Grace and Brood of Angels, are used in this blanket.
