This is the first pattern I'm making on this site so feed back would be appreciated.

This bookmark pattern is a perfect way for fellow crafters who want learn Tunisian stitch to practice as it has few loops to start.

When making this pattern I used a 2.5mm hook and matching yarn, is made a book mark that was one inch wide and eight inches tall. If you want to use a bigger hook and yarn size, but still have it be 1in by 8in you will need less stitches per row and you will have fewer rows in general. The red bookmark in the image tab is an example of using a larger hook and yarn size without changing the number of stitches per row, but it does have fewer rows. It's two inches long instead on one and has 38 rows; it was made by using a size 4 hook and matching yarn.

Something else depending on how stiff of a yarn you use this pattern may curl up on itself a lot. I've found that for pieces that do pinching the long edges together and pulling tends to stop that.
